Return policy

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, in writing, by filling in and sending the Return Form to our email address:info@alabartworksandhomedecor.com Reimbursement will be completed within 30 days, starting the moment we confirm receiving your Return Package, via email. For the product return process to be valid and completed, please make sure that the returning package meets the following, since they are mandatory:

3. The product/s must not be used or damaged;

4. It has to come with the original order and delivery documents and it must also contain the Return form, filled with all the necessary information.

The purchaser may choose to change the returned product with another of our products, if available on stock. In case you want to replace the returned product with another one available in stock, delivery costs will be borne by you, as a customer. Replacing a product with another that has a higher value, involves payment of the price difference online into our account.

For packages that show visible damage at the courier receipt, we recommend to refuse their reception.
