The buyer is entitled to notify, in writing (on email info@alabartworksandhomedecor.com), to waive the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 working days after receiving the product. The direct costs to return products are the responsibility of the buyer. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, in writing, by filling in and sending the Return Form to our email address: info@alabartworksandhomedecor.com
Reimbursement will be completed within 30 days, starting the moment we confirm receiving your Return Package, via email. For the product return process to be valid and completed, please make sure that the returning package meets the following, since they are mandatory:
1. The product/s must be in the same condition as when delivered;
2. The product/s and package has to include the original Alab Tags
3. The product/s must not be used or damaged
4. It has to come with the original order and delivery documents and it must also contain the Return form, filled with all the necessary information. To settle your refund claim, as soon as possible, we recommend returning the products through APCARGO or other Courier Company The purchaser may choose to change the returned product with another of our products, if available on stock. In case you want to replace the returned product with another one available in stock, delivery costs will be borne by you, as a customer. Replacing a product with another that has a higher value, involves payment of the price difference online into our account.
