  • How long will it take to get my order?
    DELIVERY & PROCESSING ​ Most Orders Require processing time 10-15 Business Days. Most Item are on hand and some are premade specially for custom order (size) which means we sew them just right after your order is placed, we have chosen to have and amazing team of dedicated seamstresses . ​ All onhand products are also require processing time. After your order is placed, Our quality control team must check the linen products (unwashed "stock" from our small warehouse). ​ For your safety, Alab Quality Control Team must wash" and dry the linens and back to our Quality Team to check again if the linens has discoloration, stains, damage after washing - before misting, ironing, packaging and delivery. ​ Due to unexpected and overwhelming orders, please bear with us if we need more time to deliver your orders. Our customer support team will inform you via email or call to provide a new delivery schedule. *** ​ RUSH ORDERS ​ For Rush Orders, Occasions, Gift. Please choose a Pick-Up in Store (option) upon checkout, and leave a note of the pick up date.   • Can I make changes to an existing order?
    To make changes to an existing order, please email us at alabarthomedecor.ph@gmail.com. We apologize, but we cannot make changes to custom orders or already shipped items.
  • Can i cancel my order?
    To cancel your order, please email us w/in 24hours after your payment is confirmed at alabarthomedecor@gmail.com. We apologize, but we cannot cancel already in the processing order, already shipped items or custom orders.
  • Where are your products made?
    All of our linen bedding, clothing, kitchen and bath linens, curtains and blankets are made in a small warehouse in Cainta Rizal Philippines. Our little warehouse is full of linen rolls import from other countries. 80% of our products are onhand 20% are premade which means we sew them just right after your order is placed (specially for custom orders). We have chosen to have an amazing team of dedicated seamstresses.
  • Do you Accept returns and exchanges?
    RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY ​ This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through the website (ALAB) ​Online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange, within 15 days from the ship date. ​ Note: We do not accept refund, only exchange in different item. Only if the item receive is damage, wrong size, wrong color. ​ Return Policy The buyer is entitled to notify, in writing (on email alabarthomedecor@gmail.com), to waive the purchase with The direct costs to return products are the responsibility of the buyer. ​ We do not exchange or accept returns on final sale and last chance items, gift cards, face masks, fabric samples, Cut-to-length linen fabric, and custom orders. ​ To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, in writing, by filling in and sending the Return Form to our email address: alabarthomedecor@gmail.com ​ Replacement of the defective product will be completed within 30 days, starting the moment we confirm receiving your Return Package, via email. For the product return process to be valid and completed, please make sure that the returning package meets the following, since they are mandatory: ​ 1. The product/s must be in the same condition as when delivered; ​ 2. The product/s and package has to include the original Alab tags; ​ 3. It has to come with the original order and delivery documents and it must also contain the Return form, filled with all the necessary information. 4. Unused & Unwashed ​ The purchaser may choose to change the returned product with another of our products, if available on stock. In case you want to replace the returned product with another one available in stock, delivery costs will be borne by you, as a customer. Replacing a product with another that has a higher value, involves payment of the price difference online into our account. ​ For packages that show visible damage at the courier receipt, we recommend to refuse their reception.
