We value the craftsmanship of our handmade and custom products. As such, we observe a strict no-return, no-refund policy for the following:

Incorrect size, color, or item ordered by the customer

Custom orders, bulk orders, and made-to-order pieces
Returns are only accepted for items proven defective or damaged upon receipt.

Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up with clear photos of the item and packaging sent to [your store email/contact].

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with complete packaging.

Custom-made, personalized, hotel linen, and bulk orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping for approved claims will be shouldered by the customer unless agreed otherwise.

Handmade Disclaimer: Minor variations in color, size, texture, and finish are normal characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
