This option is made from a single piece of double gauze fabric. Double gauze already consists of two delicate gauze layers woven together into one fabric, creating a soft and breathable textile.
The result is a lightweight pillowcase with a relaxed drape and airy feel—perfect for those who prefer a softer, lighter touch while sleeping.
 
Double Gauze – Double Layer (2 Ply)
This option is crafted using two pieces of double gauze fabric sewn together. Since each piece of double gauze already contains two gauze layers, the finished pillowcase features four gauze layers in total.
 
This construction creates a fuller, slightly thicker pillowcase with added structure while maintaining the signature softness and breathability of gauze.
