RECOMMENDED LINEN CARE:
- Unfold your linens completely before washing
- Do not overload the machine.
- Wash your linens at max. 40°C - 104°F.
- Use a mild soap. Avoid chlorine bleach.
- If possible, line dry, it is best for linen and the environment.
- If using a tumbler, dry on medium heat, do not over dry.
- We do not recommend to iron your linens
- But if you want, iron with steam on slightly damp linen (best the inside of the fabric).

- All purchases may only be returned to Alab Artworks & Home Decor Office.
- Online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange, within 30 days from the ship date. Your packing slip provides a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail or to our store.
- Return of items only if wrong size, wrong item, totally damage
- All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. All returned items must be accompanied by the Packing Slip and customs documents (if applicable).
- Please take note that we DO NOT accept returns/exchanges for items bought on SALE unless item is damaged.
- For any parcel tracking inquiries, check out Simms/LBC/Abest website for updates. Once the item has been dispatched from Alab Artworks & Home Decor, we will not be liable for any courier-related delay, loss or damages.
- Any courier fees will be shouldered by the customer.

Always quote your phone number in the “notes to seller” when making a purchase. We dispatched our products by always courier services, and they need the phone number of the recipient so they can contact him regarding the delivery time.
Here's how free in-store pickup works:
1) This service is only available on products Gift Items, Pillowcases, Table Linens, Bath Linens, Clothing, Pots & Jars, Couch Covers, Curtains.
2) All products eligible for free in-store pickup will be noted on the product page.
3) Once you've placed an order, we will notify you via email and text message when your order is ready for pickup. (or 3-7 business days)
4) Bring your ID and notification email to pickup your order.
5.) Choose Pick up in store on check out.
