Most Orders Require processing time 10-15 Business Days. 80% of our products are on hand, premade for custom order (size) which means we sew them just right after your order is placed, we have chosen to have and amazing team of dedicated seamstresses .
All onhand products are also require processing time, after your order is placed, our quality control team must check the linens (unwash - stock from our small warehouse).
For your safety, Alab Quality Control Team must wash and dry the linens. Prod team will check the linens if has discoloration, stains, shrinkage after washing and drying. - before misting, ironing, packaging and delivery.
Due to unexpected and overwhelming orders, please bear with us if we need more time to deliver your orders. Our customer support team will inform you via email or call to provide a new delivery schedule.
