Please be advised that the shipping fee calculated at checkout is applicable only for Metro Manila and select nearby areas. For provincial deliveries, especially for jar and breakable items, an additional shipping fee will apply.

Since jars are heavy and fragile, courier rates vary and are based on total weight (in kilos) and destination. After you place your order, our Customer Support Team will get in touch with you to provide a separate shipping quotation from our trusted courier partners.

Each jar is carefully wrapped with mummy wrap for a snug fit, followed by a protective layer of premium bubble wrap. We then place the jar securely inside a sturdy box, ensuring minimal movement during transit. To further safeguard against breakage, we also cushion the exterior of the box with an additional layer of bubble wrap. This thoughtful packaging process ensures your jar arrives safely and beautifully intact.
At Alab, we value the trust you place in our handmade jars and home pieces. For every order, especially fragile items such as jars, we take extra care in our packing process to ensure they reach you safely. Each jar is individually wrapped with protective materials such as mami wrap, thick bubble wrap, and cushioning fillers, then packed into sturdy corrugated boxes to minimize movement and risk of damage. We also reinforce the outer box with an additional layer of bubble wrap for added protection.

Despite our thorough packaging, please be aware that once the parcel is turned over to the courier, the handling and transit process is no longer within our control. For provincial deliveries, where items typically go through longer distances, multiple hubs, and rougher handling, the risk of damage unfortunately increases.

As such, we would like to emphasize the following:

Breakage during transit is beyond our liability.

For provincial areas, all jar deliveries are shipped at the buyer’s risk.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for items that arrive damaged due to courier mishandling.

Jar orders are considered non-refundable and non-replaceable once dispatched.
