    • Table Linens, Hotel Linens & Small Items: 2–5 business days

    • Bulk and Custom Orders: By scheduled notification

    ​A pick-up notice will be sent via SMS, Viber, or email once your order is ready. Strictly no same-day or unscheduled pick-ups to ensure organized service and avoid store congestion.

    ​Unclaimed Orders:
    Orders not claimed within 7 business days after notification may be subject to storage fees or automatic cancellation without refund.

    ​Returns & Exchanges Policy

    We value the craftsmanship of our handmade and custom products. As such, we observe a strict no-return, no-refund policy for the following:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect size, color, or item ordered by the customer

    • Custom orders, bulk orders, and made-to-order pieces

    ​Returns are only accepted for items proven defective or damaged upon receipt.

    • Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up with clear photos of the item and packaging sent to [your store email/contact].

    • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with complete packaging.

    Important:

    • Custom-made, personalized, hotel linen, and bulk orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping for approved claims will be shouldered by the customer unless agreed otherwise.

    ​Other Store Policies

    • Handmade Disclaimer: Minor variations in color, size, texture, and finish are normal characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

    • Product Care: Customers are responsible for following care instructions provided. Damages caused by mishandling, improper cleaning, or misuse are not covered by the return policy.

    • Order Cancellations:

      • Once an order is confirmed and paid, cancellation is not allowed.

      • Custom, bulk, and hotel linen orders are non-cancellable once production has commenced.

    • Courier & Delivery Delays:

      • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

      • Once an order has been dispatched, courier tracking and coordination will be the responsibility of the customer, though we’ll assist when possible.
